TFB’s Body Confidence Guide is all about getting fit and feeling great!
The guide has been designed to help you kick-start your journey to body confidence. This guide will help you progress through your fitness journey by ensuring your body stays challenged throughout the 12 weeks. The exercises can be done anywhere and includes strength training, cardiovascular training as well as high intensity interval training.
The Body Confidence Guide includes the following:
- 12 week standard exercise program (that can be followed at home or in the gym)
- Healthy eating guidelines
- Tracking guidance with lifestyle, exercise and progress tracking sheet
- Regular check in from Liezl
- Mobile support on sms, whatsapp or email
You will need the following equipment to successfully complete the exercises:
Exercise mat, pair of dumbbells, skipping rope and a bench or platform that can hold your weight.
You can use the following hashtags, #bodyconfidenceguide and #thatfitbody on Facebook and Instagram should you want me to follow your journey and check in on your progress.
Results will vary and you need to adhere to the healthy eating guidelines for best results.

On the very last page that loads after payment has been made you will see a table with your order summary – here you need to click on “Body Confidence Guide Here” to download the guides. The Healthy Eating Guidelines will be emailed to you separately. Should you experience any problems during this process please send an email to email@example.com.
The Body Confidence Guide is not specifically tailored to suit any injuries, health problems or any other problems that could be aggravated with low, moderate or high intensity physical exercise. If you are an individual with such problems please seek the help of your GP, Personal Trainer or similar/appropriate health professional. The Body Confidence Guide is suited to women aged 18 – 40 with a basic level of cardio fitness with no health restrictions to exercise.
