The Body Confidence Guide includes the following:
- 12 week exercise program that can be followed at home or in the gym, including pictures and videos for each movement
- Healthy Eating Guidelines
- Progress Tracking Guide
Liezl will also be checking in with you to help you along the way should you have any questions or just need some motivation. There will also be mobile support via whatsapp, email or sms whenever you need it.
You will be tracking your progress every 4 weeks using the Progress Tracking Guide that will include body measurements, pictures and fitness level.

You need access to the following equipment:
- Exercise mat
- At least one pair of dumbbells
- Skipping rope
- Bench or platform that can hold your weight
The Summer Body Confidence Guide is suited to women aged 18 – 40 with a basic level of cardio fitness with no health restrictions to exercise.
