Included in the Complete Fitness Solution package:

  • 38 OutFit training sessions from 7 January to 1 April (3 per week for 12 weeks).
  • 12 week Body Confidence Guide including pictures and videos of all movements.
  • Complete Nutrition Package at discounted rate which includes 4 full body evaluations followed by a personalised eating plan.

A full body evaluation will include the following:

  • BMI (Body Mass Index) & BSM (Basal Metabolic Rate – energy you use while at rest)
  • Blood pressure and heart rate evaluation
  • Body fat % and visceral fat measurement – body composition calculations (fat:lean body mass:water:bone)
  • Metabolic age, current physique rating & mid circumference measurement
  • Glucose & cholesterol analysis (only taken at first and last evaluation session)

After each evaluation you will receive your full report including nutritional deficiencies/excess in current diet, individualized calculation of exact grams needed for carbohydrates, protein and fat intake, your meal plan, recipes and more.
