Training Program Only
Get a training program that is designed especially for YOU, taking into account your specific goals, time frame, fitness level, current condition and exercise preferences. This is for you if you have the motivation to exercise on your own but just need the guidance and expert advice to help you achieve your goals.
Included in this service:
- 6, 8 or 12 week training program with appropriate progression to challenge yourself.
- Access to gym/no access to gym program design available.
- Tips and advice to improve technique and maximise results.
- Your own tracking sheet to help you keep an eye on your progress*.
- Email support during the 6, 8 or 12 weeks with an online personal trainer.
Optional eating plans are available on request.
*We also have a Progress Tracking service available for Pretoria, Centurion and Midrand clients who would like a personal trainer to come to their home to take measurements, body fat %, lean body mass and more. Click here if you are interested to read more about this.
