The OutFit 10 week challenge has been designed to provide you with the necessary tools and support to reach your fitness goals and feel confident by the time you go on holiday. The last few weeks in the year is crazy busy and you need a program with some flexibility. Therefore, you do not just get to attend group fitness classes but we also give you TFB’s Body Confidence Guide to help you train when you can’t get to the OutFit sessions, allowing you to exercise any time.

Included in the challenge:

  • All your OutFit sessions from 8 October to 15 December at your chosen venue (3 per week with an OutFit trainer as per schedule).
  • 12 week Body Confidence Guide including pictures and videos of all movements.
  • Progress tracking by your OutFit trainer once a month, which will include body measurements, weight and pictures.
  • Healthy eating guidelines with example meal plan and recipes.
  • Awesome prizes!
