TFB Studio 8-Week Challenge
Working out and getting fit is great. Doing that with a small group of friends guided by a well qualified personal trainer – EVEN BETTER.
TFB Studio has been designed to give you the best possible training experience! Our personal trainer leading these sessions will be Lianri and she is super passionate about helping women achieve their goals, all while building great friendships. Get ready to be treated like royalty, pushed to reach all your goals and surprised by the amount of fun that will be had.
You do not need to bring anything to your training session. We will have an exercise mat, sweat towel and water ready for you upon arrival. All we want is your presence and commitment to work hard to reach your goals.
Included in the TFB Studio 8-week Challenge
Small, exclusive group training – only 6 ladies per session.
All equipment, including exercise mat, sweat towel and water will be available at the studio.
Personal attention from your personal trainer, guiding you through each movement of the program for maximum results.
2 x 45-min sessions per week.
8-week meal plan, from our qualified nutritionist.
3 x full progress evaluations, including detailed body composition analysis.
Surprise gift for the “best progress made” at the end of every 8-weeks.
- Afternoon sessions: Mondays & Wednesdays at 18:00
- Morning sessions: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30 and 8:00
The studio is located in Midlands Estate, Midstream, Centurion.
Pricing below is for one month. During the 8-week challenge, two payments will need to be made: one before the first session and the second payment 4-weeks in. 8-week challenges can be started at the beginning of each month only.
